We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our customers’ HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort, along with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning, Adjusting, and Repairing HVAC Systems: Perform thorough cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on various HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshooting Defective HVAC Systems and Equipment: Diagnose and identify issues in HVAC systems and equipment, providing timely and effective solutions.
Routine Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan and efficiency of HVAC systems.
Fixing, Replacing, and Adjusting Vents and Ductwork: Address issues related to vents and ductwork by fixing, replacing, or adjusting components as necessary.
Compliance with Service Standards and Requirements: Adhere to established service standards, follow work instructions, and meet customers’ specific requirements.
Customer Communication: Relay diagnostic findings and associated costs to customers, offering alternative solutions when applicable.
Emergency Maintenance Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of urgent HVAC issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Patient and customer-focused, prioritizing satisfaction, safety, and comfort.
Ability to comply with service standards and work efficiently in accordance with established procedures.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning equipment at our clients’ properties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring the effective and safe installation of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Current HVAC Systems: Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of customers’ existing HVAC systems.
Installation of HVAC Equipment: Perform precise installations of HVAC-related equipment following manufacturer’s specifications.
Cleaning, Adjusting, and Repairing Systems: Conduct cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on systems while also performing warranty services as needed.
Compliance with Service Standards and Requirements: Adhere to established service standards, follow work instructions, and meet customers’ specific requirements.
Team Collaboration: Provide necessary support to team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, following management instructions.
Client Guidance and Advice: Offer professional guidance and advice to clients in selecting the most suitable HVAC system, as well as providing input on system design and installation.
Relationship Building: Foster cordial and collaborative working relationships with superiors and co-workers to maintain a positive team environment.
Documentation and Paperwork: Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork required for each job, maintaining organized records.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems, including installation procedures.
Ability to comply with service standards and work efficiently according to established procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to client properties as required.
